So I think I’ve become bored with doing Belsavis Dailies. I know it’s a quick way to make some extra cash, takes maybe half an hour to go through the whole thing but after doing these exact same things everyday, they just get kind of boring.
Then there’s The Black Hole, a series of daily missions and a daily area, which if your unlucky enough to be doing in a high pop point of the day, can sometimes take forever. Most of the regular missions are really quick, and the Heroic 4 I’ve only done once (End of Torvix) wasn’t really that bad when you had a full group.
BUT THAT DAMN AREA QUEST…
Albeit the first level of it… incredibly easy. In fact, all of it really is, but when there are a large number of players trying to blow up 6 crates, it can take awhile to move on to the final stage.
Then there’s Ilum, I’ve only finished part of this, haven’t made it all the way through yet, but it’s there. Usually by the time I would be moving on to Ilum, I’m either bored of running through all of these, or I have something else to do.
So today I took the opportunity on my main, Lemonde VonRapture to run through a few of the heroics with my friend and fellow guildmate Dice Malloy. So now that the dailies have been “diced” (I know, my puns are horrible, I should’ve been a teacher) I think it’s back over to Lemonde’s ‘Pub counterpart: Gabenju.
I have a fondness for the Tank spec, as you may be able to tell. It helps that the Republic Trooper plays almost exactly like the Bounty Hunter, though their attacks are not quite as cool looking. (Sometimes it’s best compared as Iron Man and Captain America, or maybe it’s only comparable if you’ve watched The Avengers one too many times and like making comparisons…). I just hope that when I start getting to the headgear that I don’t look like a walking penis on the ‘Pub side, like the Bounty Hunter did.

BT-7 THUNDERCLAP – CAPTAIN’S LOG
Sgt. Gabenju of Republic Spec Forces – Commander of Havoc Squad
While bringing in former Havoc Squad Captain, defected operative Wraith boldly kidnapped a member of the Senate. The captive was being held in Port Rage, while disarming a bomb to free the captive, Wraith was able to disappear. Leads point to Nar Shadda and Taris. But before the action becomes to intense, a little R&R is in order. Sgt. Jaxo may just have an idea of how to unwind.
The VonRapture Legacy (Star Wars: The Old Republic)
In The Old Republic after a certain point in your first character’s storyline (usually after the completion of chapter 1) you begin your “Legacy”. As you level you unlock special perks that can be used across all characters in your legacy. So what I’m going to do now is share the 8 characters of mine on the Krayt Dragon server. There are four Imps and four ‘Pubs, trying out all of the different character possibilities.

REBELLION BACKING

- LEADER: Unknown
- LOCATION: Can be tracked between House Cortess, House Organa, House Serrus and House Panteer.
- INTEL: Someone inside one of the ruling houses on Alderaan is proving financial backing to The Eagle’s resistance. Funds are used for weapons, transportation, bribes and other such expenses.
Financially speaking the group has sold off some Investigation missions on the Galactic Trade Network for a decent sum of cash. Fresh from the Ezran Outpost attack the X-70 Phantom has been upgraded with a power conversion module, this should make significant changes to any future space battles. Nearly fully outfitted in the best gear available, Keyra prepares to track down The Ghost Cell and eliminate a very dangerous threat.
